The 2014 Riverside County, California VA loan limits and Jumbo loan amounts have been announced by the Dept. of Veterans Affairs.
Fortunately, the VA loan limit in Riverside County for 2014 remains at $417,000, the same as last year.

While FHA was busy reducing their loan limits in 2014, the VA actually had minor increases to their VA loan limits in other Southern California counties, which will make VA financing even more attractive than FHA financing.

VA loans are very popular in Riverside County due to March Air Reserve Base (Moreno Valley & Riverside area) and the many retired veterans and active duty service members who live in the Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, French Valley, and Winchester who commute to the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton and the many Naval and Marine Corps air stations in San Diego.
